You will be telephoned or you will receive a confirmation email from The Old Rectory Bed and Breakfast Salisbury when your booking request is processed.

Terms & Conditions

• A confirmation of booking will be sent to you by email or you may receive a confirmation by telephone.
• The first night of your stay is payable in full at the time of making your booking.
• The balance for additional nights is payable at any time prior to your departure.
• Cancellations are non refundable up to 3 days prior to the date of arrival.
• We reserve the right to charge the full amount for your booking against the card details previously provided in the event of a late cancellation within 3 days of the date of arrival.
• Should there be a no show, the value of the booking will be charged against the card details previously provided.
• We are unable to accept any liability for any damage, loss, theft of any guests’ items or property brought into the premises.
• Check in is from 2pm to 9pm and we ask guests to check out by 10.30am, however, other times are possible by prior arrangement.
• Please let us know when you are expecting to arrive.
• Smoking is not permitted in any area within the house.
